There is little doubt that recent events have impacted all organizations around the globe. As the situation continues to rapidly evolve, we at ZCom feel it is important to provide an operational update and highlight what processes and systems we have put in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees and business partners. While our number one priority is to focus on the welfare of our clients and families, the harsh reality is that we also need to support our clients in protecting their business operations and reducing the financial risk that this pandemic has caused.
On Sunday 15th March, we decided to close our offices in the US and Ireland and enforce a work from home policy for all employees. The infrastructure and processes that we have worked hard to put into place at ZCom have enabled a smooth transition as we have moved to a 100% remote working model. For our clients, this has been seamless as they will continue to receive the same excellent customer service and support they have been used to receiving from our dedicated staff.
All face to face meetings, workshops and project sessions have been revised and will now take place via video and teleconference. This will guarantee that the vital day to day communication continues among our team, ultimately ensuring we can continue to support our customers over the coming weeks.
We recognize that during these testing times we, as individuals, need to ensure we are taking care of both our physical and mental health and we are encouraging our employees and clients to do the same. Remember to take some time away from screens and technology to recharge and relax.
